DR. C. HAROLD STEPTEAU
Who is now pastor of Bethel A. M. E.
Church, Druid Hill Ave. and Lanvale St., has
had wide experience in matters of church and
state. He was a candidate at the General Con-
ference of his church which met in Chicago,
Ill. in May. 1928. He stands now ripe and
ready for election in 1932 to the office of a
Bishop.
REV. W. C. TONGUE
Born at West River, Md. 1867. There he
received his early education ; camp to Balti-
more, 1895, taking up his active work at What-
coat M. E. Church. He pastored Arlington M.
E. Church two years and on account of ill-
ness, he had to give up the work there. He is
now back to his home church and is now teach-
er and leader of the Bible Class at Whatcoat
M. E. Church. Pine and Franklin Streets.

GEORGE LEO FERGUSON
As a child in his home at Boston. Massachu-
setts where he was born November 27, 1897.
Baltimore has been George's home since 1918
and he attends St. Mary's Episcopal Church
on Orchard Street, of which he is a member-
