mal School, Petersburg Va., and more re-
cently Head of Department of Education and
Director of Training at Virginia Union Uni-
versity, Richmond. Va.

Mr. Connor has been an ardent worker in
the educational and religious movements in
Virginia, holding office g in the Virginia State
Teachers' Association, the Virginia Baptist
State Sunday School, the Richmond Teachers'
Association and the Negro Organization So-
ciety.
