DWIGHT O. W. HOLMES
Dean Dwight O. W. Holmes;, of the
School of Education of Howard Uni-
versity, Washington, D. C., was for
a period of fifteen years a member
of the faculty of the Colored High
School of Baltimore, Md. In April,
1917, he left Baltimore and accepted
a position in Miner Normal School,
of Washington, D. C., as instructor
in Psychology and Education. Two
years later he went to Howard Uni-
versity and in November, 1920, he was
appointed to the position which he
now holds.

ington, Wilmington and Annapolis is
bound and placed on record each year
in the Library of Congress.
RALPH VICTOR COOK
Mr. Ralph Victor Cook is the son
of Mr. and Mrs. John F. Cook, who
were among the earliest residents oi
Washington, D. C.
Mr. Cook is a graduate of M St.
High School, Washington, D. C. He
received his M. E. degree at Cornell
University, later taking postgraduate
work at Columbia. He is now head
of the Technical and Commercial De-
partment at the Colored High School.
Mr. Cook is interested in architectural
work and has made many successful
plans.
