Puissant Lieutenant Grand Commander of the Ancient and Ac-
cepted Scottish Rite of Free Masonry for the Southern Jurisdiction
of the United States of America. Mr. Frey is a well known caterer
and business man of Baltimore. He previously had charge of the
Maryland College for a number of years.
