Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church.

Rev. Williams, Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church, is
one of Baltimore's most, popular Pastors; he was the first
secretary appointed to the Y. M. C. A. of Baltimore and did
great and effective work in developing that organization; he
has always been active in the betterment of his people, and
is particularly characterized for his charity.

His Church is always open to any worthy cause. He is
secretary of the Ministerial Alliance of Baltimore City.
