RATES OF PILOTAGE.

From sea to the District of Columbia, in Maryland,

or from thence to set, add, one-fifth to the rates

below. And on vessels not owned by citizens of

the United States, add one-third to the same rates

except when otherwise regulated by treaty.

From sea to New Point Comfort, one-fourth up.

From sea to mouth of Potomac, one half-up.

From sea to Annapolis, three-fourths up.

From Baltimore to Annitpolia, one-third down.

General rates in relation to those above.

From Baltimore to sea, $2 50, for each foot of wa-

ter the vessel shall draw.

From wa to Baltimore, $3 50, for each foot of wm-

ter the vessel shall draw.

And 75 cents additional, per foot, in December,
January and Februry.
