WE are happy in again being able to present another Baltimore Directory to the public, after having accomplish- ed the arduous duties consequent on such a publication; we deem it superfluous to enumerate them, they are ob- vious to every person of judgment. We have used every effort to have the work as free from errors as possible, and shall not consume paper in apologizing for defects. Suf- fice it to inform those who discover errors, that the pub- lisher intends issuing a Supplement to this Directory on the 16th of April next, in which all omissions, removals,, new establishments. Sec. &c. which may be left at the of- fice prior to that date, will be inserted, and each purchaser of the book will he furnished with one, gratis. This done, there can be no reasonable fault found. He well knows, however, there are those who are not disposed to be satis- fied. The Subscriber offers his unfeigned acknowledgments to his friends and the patrons of his Directory, and will be happy to serve them in the line of his profession, and merit a continuance of their confidence.
