SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 689.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 58 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1904.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 58 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the Session 1904 of the General Assembly
of Maryland, entitled An Act to authorize and empower the
judges of the Circuit Court of Prince George's County to ap-
point attorney to defend persons indicted for crimes and mis
demeanors in said Court, and to fix the compensation for serv-
ices ordered by said attorney in said cases, as enacted by the
Acts of Assembly of Maryland in Chapter 58, passed at the
Session of 1904, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 688.
AN ACT to regulate the hunting, shooting and trapping of
muskrats on the Patuxent River or its tributaries, or on the
marshes of said river, or its tributaries in Aquasco District,
Prince George's county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful for any person or persons
to hunt, shoot or trap any muskrat on the Patuxent River or
its tributaries or on the marshes of said river or of its tribu-
taries in Aquasco District, Prince George's county, between
the 15th day of March and the 1st day of January, both inclu-
sive, nor shall it be lawful for any person or persons to spear
any muskrat or muskrats at any time in said territory under
fine of not less than five dollars nor more than twenty-five dol-
lars for each violation of this Act, which may be recovered be-
