ARTICLE XIII.

HARFORD COUNTY.

CHAPTER 414.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford
County to levy annually the sums of money for the support of
Jesse McCandlass and Jesse A. Carr, both of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Harford County be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to levy annually
the sums of money of seventy-five dollars ($75) each, for the
support of Jesse McCandlass and Jesse A. Carr, both of said
county; and they, the County Commissioners, are hereby di-
rected to pay, at their discretion, the sums so levied to the said
Jesse McCandlass and the said Jesse A. Carr, annually.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 221.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Harford
County, in their discretion, to grant a pension to Joseph De
Silver, of said county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Harford County be
and they are hereby authorized, in their discretion, to grant a
pension to Joseph De Silver, of said county, not exceeding in
amount one hundred dollars per annum.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Section 15 of Chapter 136 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
Session, 1892, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Town of
Aberdeen, in Harford County," as repealed and re-enacted by
