SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Genreal Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "Fish," be and the same is here-
by amended by adding two new sections thereto, known as
Sections 126A and 126B, so as to read as follows:
126A. It shall not be lawful for any person to catch, kill,
destroy, or in any manner take any fish in Bush Creek in said
county, save only with rod, line and hook, baited with natural
bait, or baited with the artificial fly, or with a spoon or spin-
ner.
126s. Any person violating the provisions of Section 126A,
shall on conviction thereof, before a Justice of Peace pay a
fine of not less than five dollars or more than thirty dollars
for each fish so unlawfully taken, caught, killed or destroyed,
and in default of payment of fine or fines under the provisions
of this section, such person so defaulting shall be imprisoned
in the Frederick county jail for not less than ten days or more
than thirty days for each fish so unlawfully taken, caught,
killed or destroyed; one-half of all fines imposed under this
section to be paid to the original informer, and the remainder
to be paid to the Maryland Fish Commission, for the purpose
of stocking or re-stocking the streams of Maryland with game,
fish, or in any other manner which they may deem advisable
for the benefit of fish or fisheries in the State of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 646.
AN ACT to lay out, establish and create two election precincts
or polling places in Hauvers Election District No. 10 in
Frederick County, in the State of Maryland, said election
precincts or polling places to be known and designated as
Precinct No. 1 and Precinct No. 2.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Hauvers Election District No. 10, in Frederick
County, in the State of Maryland, be and the same is hereby
divided and laid out into two election precincts or polling
places to be known and designated as Precinct No. 1 and Pre-
cinct No. 2.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said Houvers
