SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 11, 1910.

CHAPTER 81.

AN ACT to repeal Sections forty-three (43), forty-six (46) and
seventy-three (73) of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Cambridge," as
amended by the Act of 1902, Chapter five hundred and
twenty-one (521), and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land) That Sections forty-three, forty-six and seventy-three of
Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester
County," sub-title "Cambridge," as amended by the Act of
1902, Chapter five hundred and twenty-one, is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, so as to read as follows:

43. Cambridge shall be divided into five wards, bounded as
follows:

First Ward. This ward begins at the foot of Gay street;
thence runs out to the middle of Cambridge creek in a due east
course; thence down the said creek to its mouth; thence out
into the Choptank river N. 41° 21" E. to the middle thereof;
thence down the middle of said river to the western limits of
the town; thence with the said western limits to a stone on the
north edge of Glasgow street extended; thence S. 21° 40' W.
until it intersects a line drawn from the southeast corner of
Gay alley and High street parallel with Glasgow street; thence
with the said line reversed, parallel with Glasgow street, in a
southeasterly direction to the northwest edge of High street;
thence with the northwest edge of High street to Court lane;
thence with Court lane to the beginning.

Second Ward. This ward begins at the southeast corner of
High street and Gay alley; thence in a southerly direction, par-
allel with Pine street, to a boundary planted in the middle of
Muir street, distant four hundred and eighty-three feet in a
westward direction from the kerb of the westward side of Race
street; thence in a line parallel with said Pine street in a
southward direction a distance of one hundred and ninety-four
and seven-tenths feet to another bounder there planted; thence
in a southeast direction three hundred and forty-eight feet to
the northwest corner of the store now occupied by E. M. Skin-
