CHAPTER 232.
AN ACT to authorize and empower W. Lake Robinson to
construct in the rear of his property, known as the Golds-
borough property, on High street, in the town of Cambridge,
Dorchester County, a wharf, extending into Cambridge creek
or inner harbor, said creek being a branch of the Great Chop-
tank River.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That W. Lake Robinson, of the town of Cambridge, in
Dorchester County, be, and he is hereby, authorized and em-
powered to construct and erect a wharf, at and adjoining the
lands of the said W. Lake Robinson, in the rear of his property,
known as the Goldsborough property, situated, lying and be-
ing on High street, in said town of Combridge; said wharf to
extend into the Cambridge Creek or Inner Harbor for a dis-
tance not exceeding sixteen feet, to be of a width not greater
than the width of the land of said W. Lake Robinson, to be im-
mediately in the rear thereof, and to run and extend with the
extended lines of said land out into said Cambridge Creek or
Inner Harbor; provided, such wharf shall be constructed and
erected on or before the first day of January, A. D. 1911.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said wharf, when so con-
structed and erected, shall be the property of the said W. Lake
Robinson, his heirs and assigns forever.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 233.
An ACT to repeal Section 45 and all sub-sections thereunder
numbered from 1 to 26, both inclusive, and Section 61 of
Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State of
Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Cambridge,"
as amended by Chapter 339 of the Acts of 1900 and Chapter
470 1/2 of the Acts of 1906, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments and add an additional Section to said article to follow
immediately after Section 59 and to be known as Section
59A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 45 and all sub-sections thereunder num-
bered from 1 to 26 both inclusive and Section 61 of Article 10
