Game," and to enact a new and additional section, to follow
Section 36 and to be known as Section 36A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 36 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local
Laws as amended by the Acts of 1908, title "Calvert County,"
sub-title "Birds and Game," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, and the following new and
additional section, to be known as Section 36A, to follow Sec-
tion 36, be enacted, so as to read as follows:
SEC. 36. No person shall shoot, trap or in any manner catch
or kill within the limits of Calvert County any partridges
between the 10th day of January and the 15th day of November
of each and every year.
SEC. 36A. No person shall shoot, trap or in any manner
catch or kill within the limits of Calvert County more than
twelve (12) partridges on any one day; nor shall any person
shoot, catch or kill more than six (6) rabbits on any one day.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person violating any of
the provisions of the preceding sections shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof before any Justice
of the Peace, shall be fined a sum not less than five dollars,
nor more than ten dollars, and costs for each and every offense,
and stand committed to the county jail until said fine and
costs are paid.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 95.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 76, 77 and 78 of Chapter 6 of the
Acts of 1896, titled "Calvert County," sub-titled "Fences,"
and to re-enact Section 76 with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 76, 77 and 78 of Chapter 6 of Acts of 1896
be and the same is hereby repealed, and that Section 76 re-
enacted to read as follows:
SEC. 76. If either, his tenant or overseer, or other repre-
sentative shall refuse or neglect to make or keep in good repair
his portion of said fence after thirty days' notice in writing
shall have been given him, his tenant, overseer or other repre-
sentative by the person aggrieved, the person so aggrieved may
proceed to make or repair the said portion of fence and file
