along the dividing line between the property of the late Wil-
liam T. Randall and the property of John J. Donaldson, thence
southeasterly along the dividing lines between the property of
the late William T. Randall and the property of the heirs of
Mrs. J. C. Smith, thence southwesterly along the dividing line
between the property of the heirs of the late Mrs. J. C. Smith
and the property of Joseph F. Hines, thence southeasterly
along the dividing line between the properties of the heirs of
the late Mrs. J. C. Smith and A. R. White and the property of
said Joseph F. Hindes, thence continuing in the same general
direction along the westernmost outline of the property of Dr.
Louis Gundry to the northernmost outline of the right of way
of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence southeasterly along
the dividing line between the property of the said Louis Gundry
and the right of way of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad,
thence in a general southeasterly direction along the right of
way of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to the place of begin
ning, saving and excepting therefrom the property of J. Byrnes,
located at Relay Station, which property does not bind or front
upon any public street, road or avenue, and is not intended to
be included in the provisions of this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 16.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 660
of the Acts of 1908, entitled "An Act to provide for an
annual levy by the Board of County Commissioners of Bal-
timore County for the erection, maintenance of the public
schools of said county, and to provide for a levy by said
Commissioners for the years 1908 and 1909, for an additional
fund for the purpose of erecting new school buildings in the
county," so as to read as follows:
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That said Chapter 660 of the Acts of 1908, entitled "An
Act to provide for an annual levy by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Baltimore County for erection and maintenance
of the public schools of said county, and to provide for a levy
by said Commissioners for the years 1908 and 1909, for an
additional fund for the purpose of erecting new school build-
ings in the county," be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Bal-
timore County be and they are hereby authorized, empowered
