road, on the east side of said river, and for this purpose they
are directed to purchase or have constructed a ferry boat that
will convey foot passengers, wagons, carriages and other
vehicles, and also to obtain a proper cable for the same, and
after the same shall have been purchased and constructed they
shall employ a ferryman to take charge of said ferry boat,
whose salary shall not exceed three hundred dollars per annum,
payable monthly.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said County Commis-
sioners are hereby directed and required to establish said ferry
on or before the first day of August, 1910. The said ferry shall
be open from 6 a. m. to 9 p. m. and no longer.

CHAPTER 186.

AN ACT to regulate the time of catching of hard crabs in the
tributaries of Severn and South rivers and White Hall bay,
in Ann Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it 'enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That from and after the passage of this Act it shall not
be lawful for any person to take or catch hard crabs by trot
line in any of the creeks, coves or tributaries of the Severn and
South rivers or of White Hall bay, between the first day of
October and the first day of July following.

SEC. 2. And be it. enacted,, That any person violating the
provisions of Section 1 of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction before a Justice of the
Peace of said county shall be fined a sum not exceeding ten
dollars ($10.00) for each and every offense.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 7, 1910.

CHAPTER 189.

AN ACT to regulate the building of blinds on the southwest side
of South river, between Turkey Point and Sander's Point,
or between Marsh Point and Hills Point on northeast side
of said river, in Anne Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That from and after the passage of this Act it shall not
be lawful for any person to erect any booby blind or brush
