BOARD OF SHELL FISH COMMISSIONERS.
For the salaries of the members of the Board of Shell Fish
Commissioners, fifty-six hundred dollars; for the salary of the
chief clerk to said board, twelve hundred dollars; for the sal-
aries of the assistants to be appointed by said board and the
surveyor, and for the other outlays and disbursements author-
ized by law to be made by said board, the sum of twenty thou-
sand dollars, or so much thereof as, in the opinion of the Gov-
ernor, may be necessary.
CONTINGENT FUNDS.
For the contingent fund placed at the disposal of the Gov-
ernor by Article 3, Section 32, of the Constitution, ten thou-
sand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the
contingent fund of the State Treasurer, for advertising, sta-
tionery, blanks, books, expressage, telegrams and other inci-
dental expenses, six thousand dollars, or so much thereof as
may be necessary; for the contingent fund of the Comptroller's
office, for printing blank licenses, protests, circulars, warrants,
books and other office expenses, six thousand dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; for the contingent fund of
the State Tax Commissioner's office, for printing blanks, circu-
lars, stationery, books and postage, twenty-five hundred dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the contin-
gent fund of the Land Office, twenty-five hundred dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; for the contingent fund of
the Court of Appeals, twenty-five hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary; for the contingent fund of the
Attorney General, for printing and traveling expenses, clerical
services, stationery, postage and other necessary expenses,
fifteen hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary; for the contingent fund of the Board of Public Works,
five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
said amount to be expended under the direction and control
of said board, to be used for repairs to State property and
other necessary expenses; for the contingent fund of the State
Librarian, for postage, porterage, freight and other incidental
expenses, nine hundred and fifty dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary; said contingent funds to be paid upon
proper vouchers exhibited to the Comptroller.
STATE LIBRARY.
For the augmentation of the State Library and furniture,
twenty-five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be nec-
essary.
