dollars (|1,000.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and
twelve," is disapproved.

On page 14 of the enrolled Act, the clause or provision 101,
for the Havre de Grace Hospital, as follows, "To the Havre de
Grace Hospital, the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars
($1,500.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and eleven,
and the like sum of one thousand five hundred dollars
($1,500.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and twelve,"
is disapproved.

On page 14 of the enrolled Act, in clause or provision 102,
with respect to support for the Patapsco Academy, the item,
"and the further sum of two hundred and fifty dollars
($250.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and eleven, and
the like sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for
the fiscal year nineteen hundred and twelve, to be used by
them in the establishment of School of Agriculture and its
kindred subjects and for other expenses thereto," are dis-
approved.

On page 16 of the enrolled Act, the clause or provision 106,
as follows, " To the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of the
State of Maryland, the sum of five thousand dollars ($ 5,000.00)
for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and eleven, and the like
sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for the fiscal year
nineteen hundred and twelve," is disapproved.

On page 16 of the enrolled Act, the clause or provision 107,
as follows, "To the Daughters of Israel, the sum of one thou-
sand dollars ($1,000.00) for the fiscal year nineteen hundred
and eleven, and a like sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00)
for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and twelve," is disap-
proved.

CHAPTER 36.

AN ACT to appropriate certain sums of money to defray the
cost of publishing the Governor's Proclamation relating to
the proposed amendment to the Constitution of the State,
authorized to be submitted to the vote of the people by Chap-
ter 26, Acts of 1908.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to draw his warrants upon the State
Treasury, as follows:

To the Cumberland Times, of Cumberland, for $200.00; to
the Mining. Journal, of Frostburg, for $150.00; to the Daily
News, of Cumberland, for $200.00; to the Alleganian, of Cum-
