the State Tax Commissioner's office, for printing blanks, cir-
culars, stationery, books and postage, twenty-five hundred dol-
lars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the contin-
gent fund of the Land Office, twenty-five hundred dollars, or so
much thereof as may be necessary; for the contingent fund of
the Court of Appeals, twenty-five hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary; for the contingent fund of the
Attorney General, for printing and traveling expenses, clerical
services, stationery, postage and other necessary expenses,
fifteen hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary; for the contingent fund of the Board of Public Works,.
five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
said amount to be expended under the direction and control
of said board, to be used for repairs to State property and
other necessary expenses; for the contingent fund of the State
Librarian, for postage, porterage, freight; purchase of sta-
tionery and other incidental expenses, five hundred dollars, or
so much thereof as may be necessary; said contingent funds to
be paid upon proper vouchers exhibited to the Comptroller.
STATE LIBRARY.
For the augmentation and furnishing of the State Library,
twenty-five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be
necessary; to the State Librarian for the expenses and ship-
ments of the Acts of Assembly, reports and documents of the
Session of 1912, three hundred and fifty dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary
INSPECTIONS AND INSURANCE.
For the payment of the annual ground rent on tobacco ware-
house lots in Baltimore City, four hundred and forty-eight
dollars and eleven cents; for the salaries of two inspectors of
steam boilers in the city of Baltimore, fifteen hundred dollars
each, three thousand dollars; for the salary of mine inspector
in Allegany and Garrett Counties, one thousand five hundred
dollars; for necessary stationery and office supplies, one hun-
dred dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; for the
rent of the boxes in some safe deposit company, for the use
of the Treasury Department, two hundred dollars, or so much
thereof as may be necessary; for insurance on public build-
ings of the State and the personal property belonging thereto,
twelve thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be neces-
sary.
COMMISSIONERS OF FISHERIES.
For the salaries of the two Commissioners of Fisheries, one
thousand five hundred dollars each, three thousand dollars;
