SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That when any deposit
shall be made with said corporation by minors, such deposits
shall be received, held and paid over upon precisely the same
terms and conditions as deposits that are made with adult de-
positors, and the check or receipt of any such minor shall be
valid and binding upon him or her.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the stockholders of
said Taneytown Savings Bank shall be liable to the amount
of their respective share or shares of stock in such corporation
for all its debts and liabilities upon note, bill or otherwise;
and provided further, however, that said corporation shall be
subject to the provisions of Article 11 of the Code of Public
General Laws of this State, title "Banks," and any amendments
thereof, and the liability of the stockholders thereof shall at
all times be determined by the laws of the State in force at the
time the said liabilities may attach; and provided further, that
said corporation shall not be subject to the requirements of
said Article 11 as to the number of directors or amount of
capital stock, save that said capital stock shall not be less than
ten thousand dollars; and provided further, that the capital
stock of this corporation may be for a sum of not less than
$10,000.00, and it shall not be limited as to the number of its
directors.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the duration of said
corporation shall be perpetual.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 609.
AN ACT to incorporate "The Board of Trustees of the Pa-
tapsco Circuit of West Baltimore District of the Methodist
Episcopal Conference," and to authorize said corporation to-
take, hold and dispose of property.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That J. Fred. Heisse, as presiding elder of the Baltimore
District of the West Baltimore Conference of the Methodist
Episcopal Conference of Baltimore City, and Milton Flohr,
Howard M. Parker, B. Payton Pool, George B. Knox and R.
Wesley Barnes, all residents and citizens of Carroll County,
State of Maryland, and otherwise qualified hereunder, and
their successors as hereinafter provided for, be and they are
hereby created a body corporate, with perpetual succession,
under the name and style of "The Board of Trustees of the
