PRIVATE ACTS. 1359

"Banks," and any amendments thereof, and the liability of the
stockholders thereof shall at all times be determined by the laws
of the State in force at the time the said liabilities may
attach; and further provided, that said company shall not be
subject to Article 3, Section 25 of said Article 11.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 13, 1910.

CHAPTER 483.

AN ACT to repeal Section 6 of Chapter 738 of the Acts of 1906,
entitled "An Act to amend the Charter and Enlarge the
Powers of the Baltimore, Westminster and Gettysburg Rail-
road Company, as amended by Chapter 350 of the Acts of
1904, and re-enact said Section 6 with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 6 of Chapter 517 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session,
1902, entitled "An Act to Amend the Charter and Enlarge the
Powers of the Baltimore, Westminster and Gettysburg Rail-
road Company, as re-enacted with amendments by Chapter
350 of the Acts of 1904, and by Chapter 738 of the Acts of
1906," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, so as to read as follows:

6. The construction of the main line from Riesterstown,
Maryland, to Westminster, Maryland, shall be commenced
within four years and completed within five years, from the
passage of this Act.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 516.

AN ACT to amend the charter and extend the powers of the
Maryland Casualty Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Maryland Casualty Company, a corporation
heretofore formed under the provisions of Article 23 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled "Corpora-
tions," the charter of which company was amended by Chapter
43 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1898;
by Chapter 10 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1900; by Chapter 386 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
