SEC. 30. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
Approved April 11, 1910.

CHAPTER 423.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the sale and grant of the Redemp-
torists, a body corporate of the State of Maryland, to the
Most Reverend James Gibbons, Roman Catholic Archbishop
of Baltimore for the time being, a corporation sole of the
State of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly
of Maryland be and is hereby granted and given to the sale
and grant from the Redemptorists, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, to the Most Reverend James Gibbons,
Roman Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being,
a corporation sole of the State of Maryland, of certain prop-
erty situate in Carroll County, Maryland, and described in the
deed of conveyance from the Redemptorists, a body corporate,
as aforesaid, to the Most Reverend James Gibbons, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore for the time being, a
corporation sole as aforesaid, dated on the twenty-fifth day of
October, in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy-
eight, and recorded among the Land Records of Carroll County,
Maryland, in Liber F. T. S., No. 50, folio 305, etc.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act take effect from the
date of its passage.

CHAPTER 404.

AN ACT to incorporate the Commercial Bank of Boonsboro,
Washington County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Dr. John Hubert Wade, Dr. Smith S. Davis, Clar-
ence E. Shafer, Dr. Robert T. Lakin, George W. McBride, Otto
W. King, Thomas E. Snavely, Elias Martz, George A. Davis
and Albert Wilhide, and their successors in office, be and they
are hereby constituted and made a body corporate and politic
under the name and style of the Commericial Bank of Boons-
boro, Washington County, Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said corporation, under the
above name and style, is hereby made able and capable in law
