CHAPTER 487.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
330B of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "Hurlock,"
as the same was enacted by Chapter 712 of the Acts of 1912,
as the same was repealed and re-enacted by the Acts of the
General Assembly by the Acts of 1914, Chapter 258.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 330B of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title
"Hurlock," as the same was enacted by Chapter 712 of the
Acts of 1912, and repealed and re-enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland by the Acts of 1914, Chapter 258, be and
the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments,
so as to read as follows:
Section 330B. The County Commissioners of Dorchester
County, on the first day of October in each and every year
after the passage of this Act, shall pay to the Commissioners
of Hurlock five per cent, of the County taxes collected for
Hurlock Election District, to be used and applied by the said
Commissioners of Hurlock in the repairing and maintenance
of the streets of said town of Hurlock; provided, that all pay-
ments heretofore made by the County Commissioners of Dor-
chester County to the Commissioners of Hurlock for the cor-
porate purposes of said town shall be and the same are hereby
ratified and confirmed.

CHAPTER 488.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 138
of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Public Education," sub-title "Source and Distribution of
Income," as said section was enacted by the Act of 1916,
Chapter 506, this Act providing for a third group of ap-
proved high schools, and State aid therefor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 138 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, title "Public Education," sub-title "Source and Dis-
tribution of Income," as the same was enacted by the Act of
