Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Altered Con-
fession, in Baltimore, Maryland, the correct corporate name of
which is The German Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Con-
gregation, Unaltered Augsburg Confession, in Baltimore,
Maryland, dated June 9th, 1865, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber A. M. No. 277,
folio 104, etc., the property therein described being situate on
the east side of Caroline Street eighty-five feet and nine inches
northerly from the north side of Lombard Street, fronting
eighty-five feet and nine inches on said side of Caroline Street,
with an even depth easterly of one hundred and fifty feet to
Dallas Street, (b) To the lease from John Campbell White
and Mary S. White, his wife, to the German Evangelical Luth-
eran Immanuel Congregation, Unaltered Augsburg Confes-
sion, in Baltimore, Maryland, the correct corporate name of
which is The German Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Con-
gregation, Unaltered Augsburg Confession, in Baltimore,
Maryland, dated June 9th, 1865, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City, in Liber A. M. No. 275,
folio 101, etc., of the aforesaid property, (c) To the deed
of the reversion in fee and annual rent from Nannie W.
White et al. to the German Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel
Congregation, Augsburg Confession, in. Baltimore, Mjaryi-
land, the correct corporate name of which is The German
Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Unaltered
Augsburg Confession, in Baltimore, Maryland, dated October
4th, 1907, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber R. O. No. 2377, folio 154, etc., of the
aforedescribed property, (d) To the deed from Joseph H.
Boyd and Mary J. Boyd, his wife, to the German Evangelical
Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Augsburg Confession, in
Baltimore, Maryland, the correct corporate name of whicb is
The German Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation,
Unaltered Augsburg Confession, in Baltimore, Maryland,
dated June 26th, 1865, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City, in Liber A. M. No. 277, folio 458, etc.,
the property therein described being situate on the east side
of Caroline Street one hundred and seventy-one feet and six
inches northerly from the north side of Lombard Street, front-
ing five feet on said side of Caroline Street to a fifteen-foot
alley, with an even depth; easterly of one hundred and fifty
feet to Dallas Street, (e) To the deed in fee simple from
John Crusse and Christina Crusse, his wife, to the German
Evangelical Lutheran Immanuel Congregation, Unaltered
