lars, to refund Ten Thousand Dollars of the bonds issued
for the erection of a plant to supply the Town of Rockville
with electric lights, authorized to be issued by Act of 1898,
Chapter 242.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Mayor and Council of Rockville be and it is
hereby authorized and empowered to issue the bonds of said
corporation for such sum, not to exceed ten thousand dollars,
as may be necessary to refund ten thousand dollars of the
bonds issued for the erection of a plant to supply electric lights
in said town authorized by the Act of 1898, Chapter 242. Said
bonds to be dated on the first day of January, nineteen hun-
dred and nineteen, and numbered from one to twenty, both
inclusive, and shall be of the denomination of five hundred dol-
lars each; and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed five
per centum per annum, payable semi-annually; said bonds shall
become due and payable in their numerical order as follows:
Three (3) bonds numbered One, Two and Three shall be pay-
able on the first day of January, in the year nineteen hundred
and thirty-three, and three of said bonds, in their numerical
order, shall be payable on the first day of January, in each and
every year thereafter. '
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Mayor and Coun-
cil of Rockville shall have full power and authority and is here-
by required to levy all necessary taxes upon the property with-
in the taxable limits of said corporation for the payment of the
interest on the bonds hereby authorized to be issued and for
the payment of the principal of said bonds as they mature.

CHAPTER 57.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
632-H of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (Revised Edition of 1915), title "City of Balti-
more, " sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables, " so
as to extend the power to punish for breaches of order or
decorum to Justices of the Peace of the Peoples' Court.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 632-H of Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (Revised Edition of 1915),
