For Election District No. 4, four justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 5, four justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 6, four justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 7, four justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 8, six justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 9, eleven justices of the peace
and five constables; one of whom shall reside in Towson.

For Election District No. 10; three justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 11, five justices of the peace
and six constables.

For Election District No. 12, three justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 13, three justices of the peace
and three constables.

For Election District No. 14, five justices of the peace
and two constables.

For Election District No. 15, eight justices of the peace
and three constables.

But the County Commissioners may, in their discretion,
upon the expiration of the terms of the constables, who are
in office at the time of the passage of this Act, or who may
hereafter be appointed under this Act, appoint a less number
of constables for any election district than the number herein-
before named; provided that there shall always be at least one
constable in each of said election districts.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1918.

CHAPTER 377.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 313
of Article 17 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Prince George's County," sub-title "Hyattsville," increas-
ing the amount which may be borrowed for public improve-
ments from ten thousand to twenty-five thousand dollars.
