exceed in the whole eight acrqs including the land occupied by
the school building and said campus grounds.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the said Build-
ing Committee, upon entering into any contract, whether
for the acquisition of said building site to be acquired as
aforesaid and campus grounds, or for the construction of said
school building, equipment and furnishings, shall forthwith
make report to the Board of Education of Prince George's
County, fully setting forth the terms and character of said
contracts, and the debts incurred thereby, which report shall
be entered upon the records of the said Board of Education,
and the title to said site and campus grounds shall be taken
in the name of the Board of Education of Prince George's
County.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That for the pur-
pose of paying for said building site at a nominal cost as
aforesaid and campus grounds and for the construction of
said school building, equipment and furnishing the Board
of Education of Prince George's County are hereby author-
ized and directed, as speedily as possible after October 1st,
1918, to borrow on the endorsement of the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County, who are 'hereby di-
rected to endorse such bonds on the faith and credit of said
County, to an amount not exceeding the sum of Thirty-five
Thousand ($35,000.00) Dollars and to issue coupons bonds
thereon in sums of not less than One Hundred ($100.00) Dol-
lars, nor more than One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, to be
signed by the president of said Board of Education, and
countersigned by the County Superintendent of schools, with
the seal of said Board attached, and to be registered by the
said County Superintendent in a separate book kept for that
purpose, and said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five
' per cent, per annum, payable semi-annually, on the first day of
January and the first day of July of each year until said
bonds shall be paid, and said bonds shall be forever exempt
from all county and municipal taxation and shall have printed
on them "Reference to this Act as authorizing the issue there-
of"; provided, that the bonds authorized to be issued under
this Act shall be a part of and included in the total issue of
bonds authorized to be issued by Chapter 554 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1916, and that the
Board of Education of Prince George's County is hereby re-
stricted from issuing bonds under this Act and said Chapter
