EMERSON C. HARRINGTON, GOVERNOR. 751

One from the First Congressional District, two from the Second
Congressional District, three from the Third Congressional Dis-
trict, three from the Fourth Congressional District, one from the
Fifth Congressional District and two from the Sixth Congress-
ional District, be appointed by the Governor to take this mat-
ter under advisement and formulate plans for its consummation
and make report with a bill in the form of an Act with sug-
gestions as to sites and prices for land with information as to
accessibility and a recommendation of the creation of a fund
for the establishment of perpetual care under the protection
of the State of Maryland.

Approved April 10th, 1918.

CHAPTER 313.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 296 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1916, authorizing and directing the
County Commissioners of Montgomery County to issue bonds
to an amount not to exceed fifteen thousand dollars ($15,-
000) for the purpose of building, improving and relocating
a portion of the public road known as the Dickerson-Mar-
tinsburg Road, in said Montgomery County, and to re-enact
the same with amendments; authorizing and directing the
County Commissioners of Montgomery County to issue bonds
to an amount not to exceed twenty-two thousand dollars ($22,-
000) for the purpose of building, improving and relocating
a portion of the public, road known as the Dickerson-Mar-
tinsburg Road front the Monocacy School House Corner by
way of the Iron Ridge Road to the Poolesville-White's Fer-
ry Road, and from said point easterly to the Barnesville Sta-
tion Road in the Town of Poolesville, and westerly from
said point of intersection of the Iron Ridge Road and the
Poolesville-White's Ferry Road to C. S. Field's store, a dis-
tance of about seven miles; provided, that certain donations
be made, as hereinafter provided, to the said County Com-
missioners to be applied by them, for the purposes herein;
and to collect and levy taxes in the Third Election District
of said county for the payment of said bonds and interest
coupons thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 296 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1916 be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
