CHAPTER 235.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
211 and 216 of Chapter 787 of the Acts of 1914, entitled
"An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
211, 212 and 216B of Chapter 262 of the Acts of 1904,"
entitled An Act to repeal and re-enact Sections 33, 211, 212,
213, 214, 215, 216 and 216B of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-title
"County Com-missioners and Roads," and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and add certain additional sections
to said Article 1, sub-title "Roads," and to provide for a
Road Directory and Roads Engineer in Allegany County,
and to place all the public roads of' said Allegany County
under the control of the Road Directory to be created by this
Act, and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
216 of Chapter 824 of the Acts of 1906, entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact Sections 33, 211, 212, 213, 214,
215, 216 and 216B of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Allegany County,' sub-title 'County Commis-
sioners and Roads,' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and add certain additional sections to said Article 1,
sub-title 'Roads,' and to provide for a Road Directory and
a Roads Engineer in Allegany County, and to place all the
public roads of said Allegany County under the control of
the Road Directory to be created by this Act."

CHAPTER 236.
AN ACT to repeal Section 233 of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title
"Pocomoke City," as codified by John W. Staton and legal-
ized by Chapter 405 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at its January Session of 1914, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
