Section 248A. The corporate limits of the town of Sudlers-
ville are hereby declared to be as follows:

Beginning in the middle of the public road leading from
Sudlersville to Church Hill at a point in line with the fence
on the eastern side of the lane entrance to Dr. A. E. Sudler's
property, said point being 727 feet, 6 inches from the central
point of the intersection of the roads from Barclay to Milling-
ton through Sudlersville and the road through the town leading
from the Pennsylvania Station to Church Hill and running
with the middle of the aforesaid road to Church Hill North 87
degrees West, 55 feet and 5 inches to a point opposite the thorn
hedge which divides the W. O. Thomas property from the prop-
erty of Dr. Foster Sudler; thence with said divisional line
South 2 degrees 15 minutes East, 225 feet and 6 inches to the
rear of W. O. Thomas' property; thence with the rear of said
property North 80 degrees East, 422 feet; thence South 1 de-
gree 30 minutes East, 1100 feet to the line of James Merrick;
thence with the line of James Merrick, across the Barclay road
and the property formerly owned by John E. George into the
north-west corner field of the Grubb farm, North 80 degrees
30 minutes East, 1284 feet; (the point where this line crosses
the aforementioned public roads) ; thence North 5 degrees 30
minutes East, 2235 feet to a stake in the field of the farm
belonging to the late Joseph E. George; thence South 83 de-
grees 20 minutes West, 1472 feet and 6 inches to a point in
Dr. A. E. Sudler's field; thence South 5 degrees 35 minutes
East, 745 feet 6 inches to the fence back of the property owned
by Dr. A. E. Sudler and occupied by James Knotts; thence
South 83 degrees 20 minutes West, 503 feet to the Eastern side
of Dr. A. E. Sudler's lane; thence with the Eastern side of
said lane South 3 degrees 45 minutes West, 224 feet and 4
inches to place of beginning; the courses above mentioned being:
taken from a survey made September 5, 1908.

SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the first day of June, Nineteen hundred and Eighteen.

CHAPTER 175.

AN ACT to amend Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title'' Queen Anne's County,'' sub-title '' Queens-
town, '' as same was enacted by Chapter 542 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1892 by adding a new sec-
