levies or service charges, as in the case of public service cor-
porations, upon the written complaint of any one financially
interested therein, under such regulations as said Public Ser-
vice Commission may from time to time order and provide.
All appeals shall be taken within thirty days from the date
of the promulgation or levy of any such assessment, tax levy
or service charge by said Sanitary Commission.
SEC. 23. And be it further enacted, That all Acts and parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be and the
same are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency,
provided that nothing herein contained shall be taken as re-
stricting any control which the State Board of Health of Mary-
land is empowered to exercise within the Sanitary District.
SEC. 24. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage, it being hereby de-
clared an emergency law and necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health and safety.

CHAPTER 123.
AN ACT to regulate and fix the hunting season for raccoons in
Dorchester County and to provide a penalty for the viola-
tion thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to
hunt or kill in any manner, or have in possession, raccoon or
raccoons in Dorchester County, between March 15th and Novem-
ber 10th, both dates excluded, of each year. And any person
or persons upon Conviction of a violation of this section before
any Justice of the Peace or the Circuit Court of said county
in and for said county shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
and be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) and to
stand committed until fine and costs are paid. And further,
that this provision of this section shall be enforced by the Game
Warden of the State or County, as are other violators of the
Game Laws of the County.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That all acts and parts of
acts inconsistent with the. passage of this Act and the proper
enforcement thereof, be hereby repealed.
