corporations, under Chapter 117 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1912.

And the said Mayor and Council shall have and are hereby
invested with full power and authority to enact and pass all
ordinances, which from time to time they may deem necessary
and proper to effect the objects herein specified, and to regu-
late the introduction and use of said water and improvements,
and for the protection and preservation of its works, machin-
ery and property connected therewith.

CHAPTER 111.

AN ACT to amend Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Washington County, " subtitle
"County Commissioners, " by repealing Section 101A.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section One Hundred and One A of Article 22 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washing-
ton County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and the
same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the first day of June, Nineteen Hundred and Eighteen.

CHAPTER 112.

AN ACT to repeal Section 102 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washington. County, "
sub-title "County Commissioners, " relating to a levy of taxes
and the duties of the County Commissioners and of the Col-
lector of Taxes in Washington County, and re-enact the same
with amendments.

SECTION 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 102 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washington County, " sub-title
"County Commissioners, " be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:
