or be sentenced to both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion
of the court. In all other respects the penalties provided in
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Elec-
tions, " and any amendments thereto, shall apply.
Suc. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after June 1, 1918.

CHAPTER 79.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 628 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1900, entitled "An Act to change
the hours for opening the polling places in the several elec-
tion districts of Calvert County, and directing the judges of
election to begin the election and open the polls at six o'clock
in the morning at each polling place in the several election
districts, and shall be kept open until six o'clock in the
afternoon of the same day. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 628 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1900, entitled "An Act to change the hours for
opening the polling places in the several election districts of
Calvert County, and directing the judges of election to begin
the election and open the polls at six o'clock in the morning at
each polling place in the several election districts, and shall be
kept open until six o'clock in the afternoon of the same day"
be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1918.
