The keeping or giving away of intoxicating liquors, or any
schemes or devices whatever, to evade the provisions of this
Act, shall be deemed as unlawful selling within the provisions
of this Act.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That if any person or persons,
house, company, association, club or body corporate, shall vio-
late any of the provisions of the preceding Sections within
the limits of Prince George's County, he, she, it or they shall,
upon conviction thereof, for the first offense forfeit and pay a
fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than two hundred
dollars or imprisoned in the County Jail or the Maryland
House of Correction for not less than thirty days nor more
than six months; or both so fined and imprisoned in the dis-
cretion of the Court. And upon conviction thereof for the
second and each subsequent violation, shall be fined not less
than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars
and imprisoned in the County Jail or confined in the Maryland
House of Correction for not less than three months nor more
than one year.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for
any person or persons within the limits of Prince George's
County to advertise or give notice by signs, billboards or
otherwise for himself or another of the sale or keeping for
sale of alcoholic liquors or to circulate or distribute any price-
lists, or order blanks advertising liquors or to publish any
newspaper, magazine, periodical or other written or printed
papers in which such advertisements or notices are given or to
permit any such notices or advertisements of intoxicating
liquors (including billboards) to be posted upon his premises
or premises under his control or to permit the same to so
remain upon such premises. Anyone guilty of the violations
of the provisions of this Section shall, upon conviction thereof,
be fined not less than $50. 00 nor more than $500.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That all places where intoxi-
cating liquor is sold in violation of any provision of this Act
shall be taken and held and are declared to be common nui-
sances and may be abated as such; and it shall be part of the
judgment, upon conviction of the keeper, that the place where
