1908, so far as it provides for the assessment of personal
property and ratifying all Acts done by the County Commis-
sioners of Kent county and the assessors by them appointed
in the year 1906.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Kent county be and it is hereby exempted from the
provisions of the Act of Assembly of 1906, chapter 320, provid-
ing for the listing of personal property in the year 1908, and
that the listing of personal property be not required to be
taken and made in the year 1908 under the order and direc-
tion of the Board of County Commissioners of Kent county, or
under the provisions of the Act of 1908.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts done in Kent county
in reference to carrying out the provisions of the Act of 1902,
chapter 402, section 192A, and the Act of 1906, chapter 320,
section 200, in reference to re-valuation or re-listing of personal
property, and the appointment of agents, assessors or clerks
in connection therewith are hereby ratified, and all acts done
in pursuance thereof declared valid.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 156.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 217B,
of chapter 142 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of the year 1904, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments section 217 of article 15 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title 'Kent County,' sub-title 'Wild
Fowl,' " and to add two new sections to said article, to follow
section 217, and to be designated as section 217A and 217e.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 217B, of chapter 142 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland of the year 1904, entitled "An Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 217 of article
15 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Kent County,' sub-
title 'Wild Fowl,'" and to add two new sections to said article
to follow section 217, and to be designated as sections 217A and
217B, be repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to
read as follows:
217B. It shall be unlawful to shoot at or shoot wild fowl in
or over the waters of Kent county, except from the shore and
