Laws of Maryland, as amended by chapter 527 of the Acts of
1906, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 501.
AN ACT to repeal section 2, chapter 168, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1904, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That section 2, chapter 168, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1904, be and the
same is hereby repealed, in so far as it applies to the first,
fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh election districts of Kent coun-
ty, and also all the first precinct of third district of said county,
except such part of said district as lies between Church and
Still Pond creeks, and known as Kennard's point.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 685.
AN ACT to repeal chapter 532 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session of 1906, enti-
tled "An Act directing the County Commissioners of Kent
county, Maryland, to pay a sum of money to the Town Com-
missioners of Galena, Kent county, Maryland, for the im-
provement of streets of said town.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That chapter 532 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the session of 1906, entitled "An Act
directing the County Commissioners of Kent county, Mary-
land, to pay a sum of money to the Town Commissioners of
Galena, Kent county, Maryland, for the improvement of streets
of said town," be and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
