234. Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of Sections
232 and 233 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction thereof shall be fined not more than one hundred dol-
lars or imprisoned for not more than sixty days, or both fine
and imprisoned, in the discretion of the court, for each offense;
said sections not to limit the powers of the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to enact ordinances and regulations not
inconsistent with the provisions of these sections for the in-
spection and sale of milk or the products thereof in the city
of Baltimore.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 368.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 27 of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws of 1904, title "Crimes and Punishments, "
sub-title "Mineral Waters, Porter and other Beverages, " to
be known as Section 315A, so. as to make the provisions of
Sections 306 to 315, both inclusive, apply to dealers in bread,
cakes and pies.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be added to Article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws of 1904, title "Crimes and Punishments, "
sub-title "Mineral Waters, Porter and other Beverages, " to
follow Section 315 and to be known as Section 315A.
SEC. 315A. The provisions of Sections 306 to 315, both inclu-
sive, shall apply in so far as the same may be applicable to all
persons, partnerships and bodies corporate engaged in manu-
facturing, selling, or dealing in bread, cakes and pies, including
bread, cakes and pies in boxes, cases, plates or any other
vessels.

CHAPTER 115.
AN ACT to repeal Section 335 of Article 27 of the Code of
Public General Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Crimes
and Punishments, " sub-title "Murder, " and re-enact the same
with amendments.
