leading from Kitzmillerville to Wilson's store crosses said
mountain; then with the county road to Wilson's store upon
.the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad; then by a straight line to
the head of Deep creek; then down with Deep creek to the
State dam and the point of beginning.

SEC. 12. District number eleven (11) shall be known as the
Elbow district and shall begin on Mill run at a point when
the line dividing Allegany and Garrett counties intersects said
run; and run with the line of Allegany county to the inter-
section of said line with Wright's run; then up said run by its
west fork to the head thereof; then by a straight line crossing
Savage Mountain to the bridge over Savage river near the
John Wilhelm place; then running with the Barton and Lona-
coning road to Mrs. Hanson Brown's place on Pea ridge; then
south on Pea ridge with the Barton road and on the Henry
Broadwater, Jr., at the head of Horton hollow; thence across
to William W. Broadwater's; thence across to the headwaters
of Bear Pen run near James Reshe's place; then down Bear
Pen run to Savage ,river; then down with said river to the old
ford; thence by a straight line to the head of the west fork
of Mill run; then down Mill run to the point of beginning.

SEC. 13. District number twelve (12) shall be known as
Bittenger district and shall begin at the head of Bear Pen run
near the James Reshe's place in the "Backwoods," and run
thence to Horse pond or Poplar run by way of Ashford War-
nick's, at old lumber camp near Perry Broadwater's; then with
said run to one of its springs at James Madison Dust; then
running in a straight line to the top of Meadow Mountain;
then with said mountain to James Ross' residence; then by a
direct line to Charles O. Warnick's residence; then by way of
Jacob Hoovers to county road near Benedict Beachy's farm;
then to top of Negro Mountain by Rushe's. mill and John
Spiker's former place; then with the top of said mountain
southward to the county road leading from John Barman's to
the town of Accident; then with said road east to the forks of
the road leading toward McHenry near John Harman's; then
by a straight line to the head spring of Meadow Mountain run
on east side of Meadow Mountain; then to the head of north
branch of Middle Fork, near Buckner Masons; then with said
north fork to the mouth, of Black Hawk run; then by a straight
line to the head of Bear Pen run at James Reshe's, the point
of beginning.

Soc. 14. District number thirteen (13) shall be known as
Kitzmillerville district and shall begin on the State line on the
Potomac river, opposite the mouth of Three Forks run near
