the Youghiogheny river and run thence by a straight line to the
top of Bishoff's hill; then by a straight line east to the forks
of county roads at the old West place; then by a straight line
in an easterly direction to the summit of Negro Mountain,
where the county road leading from John Harman's to Acci-
dent crosses said mountain; then with said road east to the
forks of the road leading toward McHenry near John Har-
man's; then by a straight line to the Bead spring of Meadow
Mountain run on east side of Meadow Mountain; then down
Meadow Mountain run to Deep creek; then down Deep creek
to its mouth on the Youghiogheny river; then up said river
to the mouth of Muddy creek; then up Muddy creek to the
mouth of Hoye's run; then west up Hoye's run to its inter-
section with the State line; then due north with the State line
to its intersection with White Rock run or a point due west
of the head of said run; then to and down White Rock run to
its mouth on the Youghiogheny river.

SEC. 8. District number seven (7) shall be known as East
Oakland district and shall begin at the forks of the West Union
and Mason county roads at Gortner, and run in a northerly
direction with the West Union and Oakland road to Oakland;
then passing through Oakland by Third street to the Hoop-
pole Ridge road, and with it to Deep creek; then up Deep creek
to the State dam, then by a straight line to a point designated
as the "Burnt School House"; then by. a straight line to the
Head spring or Broad Ford run; then with Broad Ford run
to its mouth on Little Youghiogheny river; then to the Ryans
Glade county road as formerly located east of Mountain Lake
park and Loch Linn, and running with the Ryans Glade road
crossing the Back Bone Mountains at Kelso Gap to the summit
of the mountain; then running along the crest of the Back
Bone Mountain in a southwesterly direction to the point where
the old Moorefield turnpike formerly crossed said mountain;
then with the outline of the old Moorefield turnpike in a west-
erly direction to the Mason county road; then with the Mason
road to the forks of the West Union and Mason roads at
Gortner, to the point of beginning.

SEC. 9. District number eight (8) shall be known as Ryans
Glade district and shall begin on the State line where that line
crosses the Rhine fork of the Youghiogheny river, and run down
said river to the mouth of Cherry creek; then up Cherry creek
to the mouth of Bungey's run; then up Bungey's run to where
that run was formerly crossed by the old Moorefield turnpike;
then by a straight line to the forks of the West Union and
Mason roads at Gortner; then with the Mason road to where
