one); all of said sections, to wit, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111,
112, 113, 114, 115, 115A, 115B, 115c, 116, 117, 118, 119,
120, 120A, 120B, 121, 121A, 121B and 121C, to be sections
of article ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "County Commissioners, County
Treasurer and Collector."

SECTION 1. Be enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section one hundred and six (as amended by chapter
twenty-four of the Acts of the General Assembly, passed at the
January session, in the year nineteen hundred and four), and
sections one hundred and seven, one hundred and eight, one
hundred and nine, one hundred and ten, one hundred and
eleven, one hundred and twelve, one hundred and thirteen, one
hundred and fourteen, one hundred and fifteen, one hundred and
sixteen, one hundred and seventeen, one hundred and eighteen,
one hundred and nineteen, one hundred and twenty and one hun-
dred and twe'nty-one of article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Dorchester County," sub-title "County Commission-
ers, County Treasurer and Collectors," be and the same are here-
by repealed, and that in their place and stead, and as substi-
tutes therefor, certain sections, with the same designations,
be and the same are hereby enacted, as hereinafter set forth, and
that certain new sections, as the same are hereinafter set forth,
to be respectively designated as follows, to wit: sections one
hundred and fifteen A, one hundred and fifteen B, and one hun-
dred and fifteen C (which are to follow section one hundred and
fifteen), sections one hundred and twenty A, one hundred and
twenty B (which are to follow section 120), and sections one
hundred and twenty-one A, one hundred and twenty-one B, and
one hundred and twenty-one C (which are to follow section
121), be and the same are hereby added to said arti-
cle ten, and that all of said sections, to wit: Sections
106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 115A,
115B, 115C, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 120A, 120B and 120C,
be and the same are hereby enacted, as sections of arti-
cle ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-
chester County," sub-title "County Commissioners," Coun-
ty Treasurer and Collector," and that all of the said sections
be and the same are hereby enacted so as to read as follows:

106. At the general election in November, 1909, and every
fourth year thereafter, a clerk, who shall be ex-officio
the treasurer and collector of State and county taxes
in Dorchester county, shall be elected; his term of office
shall begin on the first day of January following his
election and shall continue four years and until his suc-
