transfer the said shares absolutely to the lessee company, and
the same shall be thereafter owned, held or disposed of by the
latter as its directors may determine, authorize and direct. The
commissioners shall make their award in writing in triplicate
original, and shall deliver one of such originals to each party
and file the other with the clerk of the court within five days
after completing the same; and if either party be dissatisfied
with such award, exceptions thereto shall be filed on or before
the first day of the term of court succeeding the date of the
award; and thereupon the court shall fully hear and consider
the said exceptions, and either affirm the said award or set the
same aside, as it shall determine, and if set aside, appoint three
other disinterested commissioners to make another appraise-
ment.

CHAPTER 154.
AN ACT to repeal Section 300A of Article 23 of the Code of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Corporations, " sub-
title "Railroad Companies, " as the said section was enacted
by the Act of 1906, Chapter 717, and to re-enact the said sec-
tion with amendments, the said section as re-enacted to fol-
low immediately after Section 300 of the said Article of the
Code of Public General Laws (as legalized by the Act of
1904, Chapter 72), and to be designated as Section 300A1;
relating to the use of electricity as a motive power on rail-
roads.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 300A of Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, title "Corporations, " sub-title "Rail-
road Companies, " as the said section was enacted by the Act of
1906, Chapter 717, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, the said section as re-enacted to fol-
low immediately after Section 300 of the said Article of the
Code of Public General Laws (as legalized by the Act of 1904,
Chapter 72), and to be designated as Section 300A1, and to read
as follows:
300A1. Every railroad company of this State heretofore or
hereafter incorporated may, in its discretion, and from time to
time, make use of electricity as a motive power on the whole or
on any part or parts of its road, in any form, to be used or
applied by storage battery or trolley wire for the purpose of
operating its road or any part or parts thereof, or for the move-
