creek or cove into the game, with seine or nets, except from
the shore, in the usual and customary manner.

148. It shall not be lawful for any person to fish in said
waters, Bird river to be excepted, with nets of any kind, except
seines, a greater distance than three hundred yards from the
shore, and in no case shall said nets be extended more than
one-third the distance in any of said rivers or their tributaries
or of said Brown's creek or Hawk Cove.

149. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish with hook
and line from any boat or floats of any kind in the waters
of Back river, Seneca creek, Seneca river, Saltpetre river and
Middle river and their tributaries, in Baltimore county, from
the tenth day of October to the first day of April in each and
every year; and any person so fishing in said waters shall be
guilty of 'a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before
any justice of the peace of the State of Maryland, in and for
Baltimore county, of having violated the provisions of this
section, shall pay a fine of not less than ten dollars, nor more
than thirty dollars for each and every offense.

150. The provisions of the preceding section shall not
apply to that portion of Middle river lying north of a line
drawn from dark's Point on E. Levy's shore to the Maryland
Yacht Club Point, and that part of Dark Head, a tributary of
said Middle river lying north of a line drawn due east from
Maryland Yacht Point to Bull Neck shore, and that part
of Frog and Mortar, tributary of said Middle river lying
north of a line drawn from Wier Point on James Hughes'
shore to Weiskettle's landing and to Norman's creek, tribu-
taries of said Middle river, and to that portion of Back river
lying west of a line drawn from the end of the wharf on
Cherry Grove Farm to Stansbury's Point on said Back river.

151. The waters of Dundee creek, a branch of the Gunpowder
river in Baltimore couty, shall be open all times and seasons of
the year west of a line drawn from Levering's Point on the
north to Sandy Point on the south and east of said line to the
bay, from the first day of April to the thirty-first day of October
in each year, to persons fishing with hook and line in said
waters.

152. Upon information given upon oath or affirmation to
any justice of the peace in and for Baltimore county, of any
violation of section 152 or section 153, he shall issue his
warrant for the arrest of the offender and for the seizure of
the seines, nets, boats and other fishing outfit, to be directed
