county, or before the Circuit Court for said county, and upon
conviction the said offender shall be held guilty of a misde-
meanor, and be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-
five dollars nor more than fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in
the jail of said county for not less than twenty days nor more
than forty days, and the said offender shall forfeit the gun or
other firearms seized as aforesaid, and the same shall be sold
and the proceeds of such sale shall be paid to said county; and
in case any such offender shall fail to pay a fine that may be
imposed on him for violating said section, he shall be confined
in the jail of Baltimore county for a period not less than twenty
days nor more than forty days, or until such fine be paid.

118. Any person who may feel aggrieved by any judg-
ment rendered by a justice of the peace, under the two pre-
ceding sections, shall have the right to appeal to the Circuit
Court for the county, upon the conditions, and subject to all
the regulations now provided by the public general laws
regulating appeals from justices of the peace in such cases.

119. Each Supervisor of Elections for Baltimore county
shall receive an annual salary of three hundred dollars. This
salary shall be paid as provided in section 2 of article 33 of
Code of Public General Laws.

119A. The judges and clerks of election in said county
shall receive three dollars a day while acting as such; the
return judges who reside over ten miles from the courthouse,
shall be entitled to two days' extra pay, and other return
judges to one day's extra pay.

120. Baltimore county is divided into fifteen election dis-
tricts according to their present bounds and limits, and all
elections for public officers shall be held in each of said
districts, at the places now or hereafter established by or in
pursuance of any Act of Assembly passed for that purpose.

121. The line between the First and Third Election Dis-
tricts of Baltimore County as shall hereafter divide said
district shall be as follows: Beginning for the same at the
intersection of the westernmost boundary line of the city of
Baltimore with the centre of Gwynn's Falls and running
thence northerly with said westernmost line of the city of
Baltimore to the Baltimore and Liberty Turnpike, thence with
the centre of said turnpike to the intersection of said turnpike
with Gwynn Oak avenue, thence with the centre of said Gwynn
Oak avenue to the centre of said Gwynns Falls, and running
thence with the centre of Gwynns Falls as said boundary line
