they may think proper, not exceeding two dollars per day,
while attending said court during its sittings in equity.
104. The County Commissioners shall annually levy such
sum of money as will be sufficient to pay the crier of the
circuit for the next ensuing year.
105. At the end of each quarter of every year, the clerk
of the Circuit Court shall certify to the treasurer of the
county the amount due said crier, and the treasurer shall
forthwith pay the same.
106. The bailiffs of the Circuit Court shall be paid a salary
of fifty dollars per month each in lieu of all fees.
107. The said salary shall be due and payable by the County
Commissioners on the first Tuesday of each and every month.
108. The County Commissioners shall annually levy such
sum of money as will be sufficient to pay the bailiff's of
the Circuit Court for said county, for the next ensuing year,
which shall be paid in the same manner and upon the same
evidence as the crier is directed to be paid.
109. No person shall shoot or otherwise destroy any wild
deer in Baltimore county from the first day of January to
the first day of September, under the penalty of five dollars
for every deer so killed or destroyed, to be recovered before a
justice of the peace for the said county as other debts, and to
be paid to the County Commissioners for the use of the
county, as in the case of other fines and forfeitures.
110. No person shall keep or maintain any kennel or
pack of hounds, or any number of that species of dogs, ex-
ceeding three, within Baltimore county, within one mile of
the city of Baltimore; and any person keeping and maintain-
ing, or causing to be kept and maintained, any number of
hounds, contrary to the provisions of this section, shall forfeit
and pay the sum of twenty dollars for every such offense, and
shall moreover be subject to pay the further sum of one
dollar per day for each day the said hounds, exceeding as
above, shall be so kept or maintained thereafter.
111. The Highways Commission of Baltimore county shall
grade, kerb and macadamize the road or way now called
Eastern avenue at Highlandtown or so much thereof as they
may from time to time consider necessary for the public
convenience.
112. The Highlandtown and Point Breeze Railway Com-
pany, a body corporate, or its successors or assigns, shall
