89. To the Maryland Lying-in Asylum, Maternite, the sum
of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like
sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910, for main-
tenance and to make good the deficit in the years 1907 and
1908. '
90. To the Daughters of Israel, the sum of one thousand dol-
lars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of one thousand
dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
91. To the Children's Convalescent Infirmy, the sum of one
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of
one thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
92. To the Confederate Woman's Home, the sum of one thou-
sand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of one
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
93. To the South Baltimore Day Nursery, the sum of one
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of
one thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
94. To the Christian Tribune Home, the sum of five hundred
dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of five hun-
dred dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
95. To the Maryland Collegiate Institute, the sum of two
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of
two thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
96. To the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, for repairs
to the iceboat "Annapolis," the sum of five thousand dollars
for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of five thousand dol-
lars for the fiscal year 1910.
97. To the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium, the sum of
one hundred and thirty thousand dollars for buildings, to-
gether with the further sum of forty thousand dollars, for main-
tenance for the fiscal year 1909, and the sum of thirty-five thou-
sand dollars for buildings, together with the further sum of
sixty thousand dollars for maintenance for the fiscal year 1910.
98. To the Emergency Hospital of Annapolis, the sum of
twenty-five thousand dollars for buildings for the fiscal year
1909. and the like sum of twenty-five thousand dollars for
buildings for the fiscal year 1910; said sums to be expended
under the direction and control of the following committee,
which is hereby constituted and appointed, viz: George Wells,
Walton H. Hopkins, J. O. Purvis, William S. Welch, Harry J.
Hopkins, James R. Brashears and A. Theodore Brady.
99. To the Hospital for the Consumptives of Maryland, the
sum of ten thousand dollars for maintenance, together with the
