70. To the Franklin Square Hospital of Baltimore City, the
sum of six thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the
like sum of six thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910; upon
the condition that the said hospital receive from each county
in the State and from each Legislative district of Baltimore
city, one free patient at a time each year, upon the certificate
of the County Commissioners of each county and the Board of
Health of Baltimore City.
71. To Charlotte Hall School, in St. Mary's county, the sum
of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, together with
the further sum of fifteen hundred dollars for buildings, and
the like sum of five thousand dollars ior the fiscal year 1910, to
gether with the further sum of fifteen hundred for buildings;
said moneys to be used in accordance with the provisions of
chapter 321 of the Acts of 1898.
72. To the Baltimore Eye, Ear and Throat Charity Hospital,
the sum of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and
the like sum of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910;
and a further sum of two thousand dollars for building for
1909, and a like sum for 1910.
73. To the Frederick City Hospital Association, the sum of
eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum
of eight thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
74. To the order of the board of directros of the Northeast-
ern Dispensary, the sum of seven hundred and fifty dollars for
the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of seven hundred and
fifty dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
75. To the board of managers of the Emergency Hospital of
Annapolis, the sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal year
1909. and the like sum of five thousand dollars for the fiscal
year 1910.
76. To the Southern Dispensary of Baltimore, the sum of
five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum
of five hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
77. To the Washington County Hospital Association, the
sum of six thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the
like sum of six thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
78. To the Silver Cross Home for Epileptics, at Port De-
posit, the sum of fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year 1909,
and the like sum of fifteen hundred dollars for the fiscal year
1910.
79. To the West End Maternite Hospital, the sum of two
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1909, and the like sum of
two thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1910.
