1186 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Public Local Laws, title "Worcester County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl," to follow immediately after section 274, to be desig-
nated section 274A and to read as follows:

SEC. 274A. Any resident of Worcester county or other person
duly licensed to shoot wild fowl within the limits of Worcester
county may, between twilight in the morning and twilight of
the following evening, use and shoot from bush blinds and bat-
teries or sink boxes, in the waters of Isle of Wight and Chinco-
teague Bays within the limits of said county.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts in-
consistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

Sac. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 6, 1908.
