of Dorchester county, and by him paid over to said Commis-
sioners less his commission for collecting the same, and all tines
collected under this Act by the several officers named herein
shall be by them paid over to the County Commissioners of
the county aforesaid.
213 F. And be it enacted, That any person under twenty-one
years of age who shall by misrepresentation or false statement

as to his age, obtain any spirituous or fermented liquors from
any person, firm or body corporate licensed to sell such liquors
under the provisions of this Act, and any person who shall
obtain for a person under twenty-one years of age from such
licensed dealer, knowing said person to be a minor, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof
before a justice of the peace of said county or in the Circuit
Court thereof, upon appeal from the sentence of such jus-
tice shall be fined not less than five dollars nor more than
twenty-five dollars and costs, or confined in the county jail not
less than thirty days nor more than sixty days, or both in the
discretion of said court or justice.
213 G. And be it enacted, That if any bar-rooms or places

open the same after the hour of twelve o'clock P. M., or for
any person whatsoever to sell such liquors in the night time
after said hours under the penalties provided for in section

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That all the expenses attending
the holding of the special election provided for by this Act,
shall be paid out of the treasury of said town by the Commis-
sioners of Cambridge.

except as herein provided for, from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 358.
AN ACT to authorize the stockholders of the Fidelity and
Deposit Company of Maryland to change the name of said
corporation.

Effective.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the stockholders of the Fidelity and Deposit Com-
pany of Maryland, a corporation chartered under the general
laws of the State of Maryland as the Fidelity Loan and Trust
