SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sub-sections 92 A and 92 B of Article 20 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Somerset County,"
sub-title "Crisfield," and to re enact the same with amend-
ments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Mary-

so as to read as follows :
92 A. The Commissioners of Crisfield are hereby authorized

and empowered if in their judgment they deem it expedient
and proper to issue bonds on the faith and credit of said town
from time to time to be known as " Crisfield Improvement
Bonds," in an amount not exceeding twenty thousand dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary and to sell the same ;
the fund arising therefrom to be used and expended for or on
account of public improvements in said town, such as paying
condemnation and costs of opening new streets and squares or
widening and straightening present streets, lanes and alleys,
and providing street lighting apparatus for same, or to erect and
maintain water works, street and service mains and tire plugs,
or for improving the surfaces of the streets, avenues, alleys,
lanes or squares of said town, the said Commissioners to have
full power to determine the proportion of such funds to be
devoted to any or all of said purposes or improvements; said
bonds shall be divided into six series, to be known as series A,
series B, series C, series D, series E, and series F ; ten bonds of
