CHAPTER 176.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the School Commissioners
of Anne Arundel County to appropriate a sufficient sum of
money for the purchase of a site and the erection of a school
house in the fourth election district of Anne Arundel
County, near Clokey's Corner.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of the

State of Maryland, That the School Commissioners of Anne
Arundel county are hereby authorized, empowered and
directed to appropriate a sum of money out of any funds in
their possession not otherwise appropriated, sufficient for the
purchase of a site and the erection of a school house in said
county, within one-half mite of Clokey's Corner, in the fourth
district of said county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said school house

Commissioners for said county, and the site or location for said
school house shall be determined by said School Commissioners.

CHAPTER 177.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
three and fourteen of Chapter three hundred and thirty-four
of the Acts of eighteen hundred and ninety, title "An Act
to regulate the sale and the granting of licenses for the sale
of spirituous and fermented liquors in Baltimore County."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That, sections three and fourteen of chapter three hun-

fermented liquors in Baltimore county, be and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
3. And be it enacted, That any person desiring to obtain a
license to sell spirituous or fermented liquors in Baltimore
