CHAPTER 122.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title " Cecil County," sub-title " County
Commissioners," to follow Section 112, and to be designated
as Section 112 A.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

County," sub-title " County Commissioners," to follow section
112, to be designated as Section 112 A, and to read as follows:
112 A. The Board of County Commissioners of Cecil County,
as provided by section 9 of Article 43 of the Code of Public
General Laws, title " Health," shall ex officio constitute a local

board of health for their respective counties, and shall have
and exercise all the duties of a board of health, as provided in
said article, except in cases where the charter of any city or
town in the State contains provisions inconsistent therewith ;
and for the performance of the duties of a board of health
the president of said board shall receive two hundred dollars
and the other members one hundred dollars each annually, to
be levied by the County Commissioners of said county in the
usual way.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
